Terms and Conditions for Bookings All forward bookings require a deposit of first night or 25%. Cabin Bookings for Easter (Good Friday through to Easter Monday) and Christmas (20th Dec through to 10th Jan) must be paid in full at time of booking. Site bookings for the above dates must be paid for in full at time of booking. Cancellations with more than 1 months notice will be refunded with a 10% administration fee. Cancellations between 7 days and 1 month will be refunded with a 30% administration charge. Cancellations with less than a weeks notice or no shows will lose 100% of their booking.
