The Palms Caravan Park aims to provide the highest quality service to all of its guests to ensure your stay in Hervey Bay is enjoyable, relaxing and stress free. To this end we offer a full range of facilities and services, some of which are as follows:

Large Saltwater Pool
The large saltwater pool is shallow at one end offering safety for children, and deeper at the other for the enjoyment of adults. The pool is fully enclosed in a child proof safety fence and surrounded by tables, chairs, umbrellas, palm trees, and receives sun virtually all day long ensuring a warm and comfortable swim.

Camp Kitchen
The camp kitchen is fully self-contained, offering gas cooking facilities, two electric barbeques, toaster and microwave oven. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the pots, pans, and cooking utensils necessary for that perfect meal. A sizeable fridge and freezer is also available for use by all guests, together with table and chairs. Cleaning gear is supplied with the Kitchen Sink to ensure the kitchen remains tidy and clean for all who use it.

Laundry
The Laundry contains three top loading washing machines, a front loading commercial washer and dryer. All are available for use for only $2. Laundry facilities also include an iron, ironing board, and two large basins for hand washing. There are plenty of clothes lines surrounding the main amenities block to hang your clothes on, or you can choose to use the large clothes stand available inside the laundry itself.

Amenities Block
The Park contains a large, 24-hour clean amenities block with multiple basins, multiple toilets, multiple showers including Baby Bath, and multiple electrical outlets. The block is well lit at all times and includes additional night sensor lighting to ensure maximum light is available for those late night visits.

Internet Access
High-speed wireless broadband internet is available from local internet provider ‘Buzz’ who have installed a transmission tower to ensure maximum receptivity for Park guests.

L.P.G Gas
Gas refills and replacement cylinders are available from the Park office.

Tour Bookings
Palms Caravan Park offers complimentary bookings for tours and holiday packages to all guests, including the arrangement of courtesy transport to and from Clubs. Refer to our Tours page for more information.

Phone and Fax
Telephone and Fax services are available from the main office.

Pets
Pets are like family members, and we see no reason why your Pet shouldn’t be allowed to enjoy a holiday with you! Pets are welcome in your own van or tent, and all we ask is that your Pet is quiet, restrained at all times, and that you clean up after them. Pets are not permitted inside park owned accommodation.

The Office Kiosk
The Park office also acts as a kiosk, offering newspapers, a wide variety of snacks, drinks, ice creams and other grocery items. A full range of brochures for local activities are also available. EFTPOS and Credit Card facilities are available.
