Dear Wayne, thank you so very much for the wonderful service you provided during our stay. Nothing was too much for you and after hours when everything was closed and we needed help, you were there with a big smile on your face and fantastic advice and assistance. You really went out of your way for us and it made all the difference during our stay. During our travels over the past ten years we've stayed in at least one hundred caravan parks throughout Australia and yours top them all in cleanliness, friendliness and service. Wayne and Diane are fantastic, really helpful, great with my family. Good, clean, maintained site. Even booked our next accommodation as we traveled the Queensland coast. Thoroughly recommend if looking for peace, tranquility and friendly management. 16/12/07	We’ve been at the Palms Caravan Park on and off for over 12 months. The Park is very central to everything that’s why we keep coming back and everyone is so friendly and helpful. The new manager Wayne and his offsider Diane are great people. As the publisher of the Outback City Express it is a great pleasure to be associated with the Palms Caravan Park in Hervey Bay.
